Injured? Let Us Handle the Fight for You

If you’re recovering from a serious accident and feeling overwhelmed, My Injury Pros is here to help. Our firm is dedicated to representing injured accident victims, providing personalized support and advocacy throughout their recovery. We handle a wide range of accident injury cases, including car accidents on the 210, workplace injuries, rideshare crashes, and more. Our personal injury team will protect your rights and guide you through the legal process with confidence.

Don’t Let Insurance Companies Push You Around

The moment you’re injured, the insurance company starts working against you. They offer insulting settlements, stall your personal injury claim, and try to bully you into signing away your rights. At My Injury Pros, we don’t let that happen. Our personal injury lawyers take control and hit back hard. We handle settlement negotiations with insurance companies to secure a fair settlement for our clients.

How We Take the Fight to Them

We shut down their tactics, so there are no more calls, forms, or games. We deal with the adjusters so you don’t have to. With our professional legal representation, we ensure your rights are protected and you have a strong advocate when dealing with insurance companies. You focus on recovery, and we’ll handle the rest.

We Build a Case They Can’t Ignore

Insurance companies don’t always prioritize fairness. We gather evidence to substantiate your personal injury claim by demonstrating that the other party owed you a duty of care, breached that duty, and caused your injury.

Negligence typically involves four elements: duty, breach, causation, and damages. Evidence may include witness statements, expert opinions, and physical proof from the scene.

We Move Fast and Hit First

The longer you wait, the stronger their case becomes. We act immediately to initiate the claims process, safeguarding your rights and preserving crucial evidence from the outset.

We Chase Every Dollar They Owe

From medical bills to lost income and pain and suffering, we help you seek compensation for both economic and non-economic damages. Economic damages cover financial losses like medical expenses and lost wages, while non-economic damages address pain and suffering, emotional distress, and loss of enjoyment of life. We go after everything your case is worth, no exceptions.

They’re counting on you to give up. We’re here to make sure you don’t. Talk to a personal injury attorney who knows how to win.

Your Case Deserves a Strategy That Wins

No two injury cases are the same, and one-size-fits-all legal help won’t cut it. At My Injury Pros, our expertise in personal injury law allows us to handle even the most complex cases with precision, urgency, and a clear plan to win. We have extensive experience representing clients with catastrophic injuries that require long-term care and specialized legal support. Whether your case involves a car accident, motorcycle crash, or another motor vehicle incident, our personal injury attorneys build pressure early and stay ahead of the insurance company from day one.

How Our Law Firm Builds Cases That Hold Up and Hit Back

We Break Down Every Detail

We dig deep into crash reports, medical records, and witness statements to uncover the full truth and prove who’s at fault. Thorough evidence gathering is essential for building strong personal injury claims and ensuring you have the best chance to recover compensation for your injuries.

We Bring in Top Experts

We work with medical professionals, accident reconstruction experts, and economists to strengthen your case with undeniable evidence. In cases involving traumatic brain injuries, we consult with medical experts to document long-term effects and support your claim.

We Go After Full Compensation

From medical bills and lost wages to future care and pain and suffering, we fight to recover every dollar you’re owed. As your San Bernardino personal injury lawyer, we are dedicated to securing full financial compensation for all damages you have suffered.

We’re Ready for Trial from Day One

If the insurance company refuses to pay what’s fair, we don’t back down. We come prepared to take your case to court. In situations where the defendant's conduct was especially egregious, we aggressively pursue punitive damages to penalize the offender and deter future misconduct.

We do not leave outcomes to chance; we construct strategies, exert pressure, and achieve victories. That’s the difference a real strategy makes.

The Longer You Wait, the More You Risk

After an accident, every minute matters. While you’re trying to recover, the insurance company is already working to lower what they’ll pay. Delaying your next step can weaken your personal injury case and cost you the compensation you deserve. Evidence disappears, deadlines pass, and you’re left facing pressure to settle for far less than your claim is worth.

At My Injury Pros, we act the moment you call. We lock down evidence, push your case forward, and protect your rights before the other side gets the upper hand.

Why You Can’t Afford to Wait

Key Evidence Disappears

Crash scenes change. Witnesses go silent. Medical records fade in impact. Building a solid case depends on quick action.

Insurance Companies Don’t Wait

They protect their money from day one. We make sure someone’s protecting yours.

Financial Pressure Builds Fast

Mounting medical bills and lost income make it harder to hold out for the right result. We move quickly to fight for your compensation.

Deadlines Are Final

In California, you have limited time to file a personal injury claim. Miss it, and your case is over, no second chances.

Considering Whether Legal Representation Is Right for You

Not every accident or injury requires legal representation. In some cases involving minor injuries and clear liability, individuals may choose to handle a claim directly with the insurance company. This approach can feel faster and avoids attorney fees, but it also carries risks, including undervalued settlements and limited ability to pursue further compensation later.

Hiring a personal injury lawyer can involve longer timelines if litigation becomes necessary, and fees apply if compensation is recovered. A free consultation can help you understand these trade-offs and decide whether legal representation aligns with your specific situation.

Frequently Asked Questions

An arrest is evidence, not a verdict on punitive damages. Vehicle Code section 23152 makes it unlawful to drive under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, or with 0.08 percent or more by weight of alcohol in the blood, with a 0.04 percent line for commercial drivers. Section 23153 covers the same driving where an unlawful act or a neglected duty proximately causes bodily injury to a person other than the driver. Those are criminal provisions. The civil test is Civil Code section 3294, which wants clear and convincing evidence of oppression, fraud or malice, malice including despicable conduct carried on with willful and conscious disregard of the rights or safety of others. A San Bernardino Police Department arrest report starts that record; the drinking history and the route finish it.
The deadline holds; the address moves. Government Code section 905 requires a written claim for money or damages against any local public entity, with exceptions it lists, among them any claim for which workers' compensation is the exclusive remedy. Section 911.2 gives six months from accrual for death, injury to a person, or damage to personal property, and one year for everything else. Section 915 says where it goes: delivered to that entity's clerk, secretary or auditor, mailed to one of them or to the governing body at its principal office, or filed electronically only where that entity has expressly authorized it by ordinance or resolution. The City Clerk's Office at 290 North D Street handles City of San Bernardino claims. The County, the County Fire District and Omnitrans each take their own.
Civil Code section 1714 is ordinary negligence in a single sentence: everyone is responsible for an injury occasioned to another by want of ordinary care or skill in the management of their property or person, except so far as the injured person has brought the injury on themselves by their own want of ordinary care. That final clause is where your own share of fault lives. Evidence Code section 669 offers a shortcut where a safety rule was broken. Show the violation, that it proximately caused the injury, that the harm is of the nature the rule was designed to prevent, and that you are in the class it protects, and failure to use due care is presumed, leaving the other side to rebut it. Records and photographs carry that.
There is a route, and it is narrow. Government Code section 945.4 bars suit against a public entity until a claim has been presented and acted on or deemed rejected, and section 911.2 set the six months you missed. The next step is an application to the entity for leave to present a late claim. If that is denied or deemed denied, section 946.6 lets you petition the superior court that would be proper for the case itself, filed within six months of the denial. The court is required to grant relief where the application was made within a reasonable time and one of the listed grounds applies: mistake, inadvertence, surprise or excusable neglect unless the entity shows prejudice; minority; incapacity; or death before the deadline. Relief granted, section 946.6 allows 30 days to file.
Civil Code section 2338 makes a principal responsible to third persons for the negligence of an agent in the transaction of the business of the agency, including wrongful acts committed in and as part of that business. That is the hook for the employer of a driver who was working when the crash happened. Civil Code section 1714 supplies the underlying duty: everyone is responsible for an injury occasioned to another by want of ordinary care or skill in the management of their property or person. The fight is almost always about scope, whether the driver was on the company's business or on a personal errand. Dispatch records, route data and delivery logs decide it. The driver and the company are named in the same complaint, filed in San Bernardino County.
It can. Vehicle Code section 17150 makes the owner of a motor vehicle liable for death or injury to person or property resulting from a negligent or wrongful act in the operation of that vehicle by anyone using it with the owner's permission, express or implied, on the owner's business or otherwise. Section 17151 then caps that liability, where it does not arise through principal and agent or master and servant, at $15,000 for the death of or injury to one person in one accident, $30,000 where more than one person is hurt, and $5,000 for damage to property. The same section bars punitive damages against the owner for the driver's conduct. Check the driver's own policy first; the owner's title is rarely where the money sits.
Start with the duties. Vehicle Code section 20001 requires any driver in a crash that injures or kills a person to stop immediately and meet sections 20003 and 20004: give name, current address, the vehicle's registration number and the owner's details, show a license on request, and render reasonable assistance to anyone hurt, including arranging transport for treatment. Where somebody dies and no officer is present, section 20004 requires a report without delay to the nearest CHP or police office. Section 20002 covers damage-only crashes. The report is a different problem. The San Bernardino Police Department Records Bureau takes requests in its lobby with valid photo ID, not online, is open Monday to Thursday, and asks you to wait 10 days. Copies are 25 cents a page.
Code of Civil Procedure section 340.5 runs two clocks against a health care provider. Three years from the date of injury, or one year from when the patient discovered, or with reasonable diligence should have discovered, the injury, whichever comes first. The three-year outer limit holds unless there was fraud, intentional concealment, or a foreign body with no therapeutic or diagnostic purpose left in the patient. Minors get their own rule, and a child under six may have longer than three years. Before filing, section 364 requires at least 90 days' written notice to the defendant stating the legal basis of the claim and the injuries with specificity. Serve that notice inside the last 90 days of the limitations period and section 364 extends the deadline 90 days from service. Suit goes to the Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino.
Any public entity. Code of Civil Procedure section 335.1 sets two years from the injury for a claim against a private person or company, and that is the deadline most people have heard of. Government Code section 911.2 takes precedence whenever a public entity is on the other side: a claim for death, injury to a person, or damage to personal property has to be presented within six months of accrual. In San Bernardino the catch is wider than people expect. The City has had no fire department since July 1, 2016, and fire protection and emergency medical response inside the city come from the San Bernardino County Fire District, so an EMS or fire apparatus claim runs against a County district. Identify the entity first.
Code of Civil Procedure section 395 gives a choice in an injury case. The superior court in the county where a defendant resides when the action starts is proper, and in an action for injury to a person or personal property, or for death from wrongful act or negligence, so is the superior court in the county where the injury happened. A crash on a San Bernardino street involving a local driver points both ways to the same county. San Bernardino County then splits civil filings by district. The Civil Division of the San Bernardino District, in the San Bernardino Justice Center at 247 West 3rd Street, takes limited and unlimited civil filings for the areas it serves, San Bernardino among them. The county also has civil divisions in Rancho Cucamonga and Victorville.
