We handle insurance companies, medical bills, and lost wages so you can focus on recovery.

Don’t Let Insurance Companies Decide What You Deserve

After an accident, insurance companies work quickly to protect their bottom line, not your recovery. They offer low payouts, delay your personal injury claim, and try to limit what you can collect. At My Injury Pros, our personal injury attorneys step in early to level the playing field and fight back. Our primary goal is to secure fair compensation for our clients, ensuring they receive just and adequate financial recovery for their losses. We Work to Recover Every Dollar

Your Case Deserves a Strategy That Delivers Results

No two accidents are the same, and cookie-cutter legal help won’t get you justice. At My Injury Pros, our personal injury attorneys build every case with focus, urgency, and a plan to win. If you have suffered serious injuries—such as those resulting from car accidents, motorcycle crashes, or other severe incidents—seeking experienced legal help is crucial to ensure you receive the compensation you deserve. We step in early and apply pressure before the insurance company can get ahead.
If a fair settlement cannot be reached, your lawyer might suggest filing a lawsuit as the next step in the claims process. In some cases, litigation can extend timelines and increase costs, but it may be necessary to protect your rights and pursue full compensation.

How Our Personal Injury Lawyer Builds a Strong Case:

We Investigate What Matters

From police reports to medical documentation, we examine the facts to find out exactly what happened and who’s liable.

We Bring in Trusted Experts

Doctors, reconstruction professionals, and financial specialists help support your personal injury claim with clear, credible evidence.

We Pursue Full Compensation

That means everything you’re owed, medical bills, lost wages, and long-term costs tied to your recovery.

We’re Ready for Court from Day One

If a fair settlement isn’t offered, your case is already trial-ready. We don’t wait to take action.

Why Waiting After an Injury Can Cost You Everything

The moment you're injured, the clock starts, and the insurance company gets to work limiting your payout. Every day you wait makes your personal injury claim harder to prove and easier for them to undermine. Delays lead to missing evidence, legal deadlines, and lowball offers you may feel pressured to take.

At My Injury Pros, we don’t give the other side that chance. Our personal injury attorneys move fast, investigating your case, locking down facts, and putting pressure on the people trying to pay you less.

Why Acting Now Matters

Critical Evidence Disappears

Surveillance footage, witness accounts, and crash reports can vanish. If you wait, you risk losing your strongest proof.

Insurers Strike First

Their goal is simple: pay you as little as possible. We strike back with speed and strategy.

Every Delay Hurts Your Wallet

Stacked-up medical bills, bills lost in collections, missed paychecks, and mounting costs only get worse. We fight to recover every dollar you’re owed.

Miss a Deadline, Lose Your Case

California law doesn’t give second chances. Wait too long, and your right to compensation is gone.

They’re already working against you. Let’s work for you. Contact us now and take back control.

Considering Whether Legal Representation Is Right for You

Not every personal injury claim requires legal representation. In cases involving minor injuries and clear liability, some individuals choose to work directly with the insurance company to resolve a claim more quickly. Hiring a lawyer may involve longer timelines if litigation is required, and attorney fees apply if compensation is recovered. A consultation can help you weigh these considerations and decide whether legal representation makes sense for your specific situation.

Frequently Asked Questions

It’s also important to understand that hiring a personal injury lawyer is not always the right choice for every situation. In cases involving very minor injuries and clear liability, some people choose to handle claims directly with the insurance company. Legal representation can involve longer timelines if litigation becomes necessary, and attorney fees apply if compensation is recovered. A consultation can help you weigh these trade-offs and decide what makes sense for your specific circumstances.

Government Code section 835 makes a public entity liable for injury caused by a dangerous condition of its property, but only where the condition created a reasonably foreseeable risk of that kind of injury and either an employee's negligent act created it or the entity had notice under section 835.2 in time to protect against it. Section 830 defines a dangerous condition as a substantial risk, as distinguished from a minor, trivial or insignificant one, and limits public property to property the entity owns or controls. That last clause picks the defendant. In Fremont a city street and a BART station do not belong to the same entity, and a privately maintained lot is not public property at all. Written complaints matter, because section 835.2 counts actual knowledge.
Because the two filings answer to different rules. Vehicle Code section 16000 puts the duty on the driver rather than the officer: a report within 10 days to the department's office in Sacramento, on a department-approved form, whenever one person's property damage tops $1,000 or anyone is injured or killed. Officers responding in Fremont do not discharge it. The driver may file through an insurance agent, broker or legal representative instead of personally, and has to identify by name and current residence address anyone at the scene complaining of bodily injury. Subdivision (b) carves out one case: no report is required where the vehicle involved was owned or leased by, or under the direction of, the United States, this state, another state, or a local agency.
Code of Civil Procedure section 335.1 gives two years for an action for assault, battery, or injury to or death of an individual caused by another's wrongful act or neglect. That is the default, and most Fremont claims live under it. A public defendant replaces it with something far shorter. Government Code section 911.2 requires a claim for death or for injury to person or to personal property to be presented not later than six months after the cause of action accrues, and one year for any other cause of action. So a collision with a City of Fremont vehicle, or a fall on Alameda County property, puts the real deadline six months out, long before the two-year date anyone remembers. Identify the owner first, then diary the date.
Because Alameda County does not district its civil filings by city. Code of Civil Procedure section 395 settles the county rather than the building: where the action is for injury to person, the superior court in the county where the injury occurs, or the county where a defendant resides at the commencement of the action, is a proper court. For a Fremont collision that is Alameda County. The court's own Local Rules, Title 1, effective July 1, 2026, then route civil filings countywide to one of two offices, subject to listed exceptions: the Rene C. Davidson Courthouse on Fallon Street in Oakland, or the civil clerk at the Hayward Hall of Justice on Amador Street. The Fremont Hall of Justice on Paseo Padre Parkway takes no civil filings. There is a courthouse in Fremont, and the case does not go there.
Civil Code section 2338 makes a principal responsible to third persons for an agent's negligence in transacting the business of the agency, including wrongful acts committed as part of that business. Civil Code section 1714 states the baseline underneath it: everyone is responsible for an injury occasioned to another by want of ordinary care in the management of their property or person. Together they put a delivery van's operator, a contractor's employer or a shuttle company into the case alongside the driver. The fight is over whether the driver was transacting the agency's business at that moment or running a personal errand. Dispatch logs, route records, the vehicle's registered owner and the timing of the Fremont trip are what answer it.
Your own uninsured motorist coverage does, and Insurance Code section 11580.2 sets its shape. An uninsured motor vehicle includes one whose insurer denies or disputes coverage, one whose insurer becomes insolvent, and, under subdivision (p), an underinsured vehicle, meaning one insured for less than the UM limits you carry. Underinsured benefits open only after the at-fault driver's liability limits have been exhausted by payment of judgments or settlements, with proof sent to your insurer. Two traps sit in the section. Settling with the at-fault driver without your insurer's written consent can defeat the coverage. And in a hit-and-run by an unknown driver, the crash has to be reported within 24 hours to the police department of the city where it happened.
Civil Code section 3342 makes the owner liable for damages suffered by anyone bitten in a public place, or lawfully in a private place, including the owner's own property, regardless of the dog's former viciousness or the owner's knowledge of it. There is no first-bite allowance in California. A letter carrier is lawfully present by federal postal regulation; a guest is lawfully present by invitation, express or implied. The section carves out a government agency's dog used in police or military work in defined situations, such as apprehending a suspect, and only where the agency has adopted a written policy on that use. A bystander who took no part keeps the ordinary claim. Photograph the wound and get the owner's name before you leave.
Vehicle Code section 21950 requires a driver to yield to a pedestrian crossing within any marked crosswalk, and within any unmarked crosswalk at an intersection. Subdivision (c) adds a duty to reduce speed or take other action as needed to safeguard that pedestrian. The unmarked half matters in Fremont: an ordinary corner near a BART entrance or an AC Transit stop counts even with no paint on the road. Evidence Code section 669 then does real work. A driver who violated the section, causing the kind of injury the section was written to prevent, to a person in the class it protects, is presumed to have failed to use due care. That presumption can be rebutted, but the burden has already moved.
Vehicle Code section 21801 puts the first duty on the turning driver. Anyone turning left, completing a U-turn, or turning into public or private property or an alley has to yield to all vehicles approaching from the opposite direction that are close enough to be a hazard at any time during the turning movement, and has to keep yielding until the turn can be made with reasonable safety. The duty is continuous, not satisfied at the start of the movement. Subdivision (b) then flips it: once the turning driver has yielded and signaled as the code requires, oncoming drivers must yield to the turn. So an oncoming driver who accelerated toward a wide Fremont intersection is not automatically clear, and Evidence Code section 669 can presume negligence against whichever driver broke the rule.
The six-month rule travels with the entity, not with the city limits. Government Code section 905 routes almost every claim for money or damages against a local public entity through the claims process, subject to listed exceptions, including claims for which workers compensation is the exclusive remedy. Section 911.2 holds the six-month deadline for death or injury to person or personal property. Section 915 says where it goes: delivered to that entity's clerk, secretary or auditor, or mailed to one of them or to the governing body at its principal office. Electronic submission works only where the entity has authorized it by ordinance or resolution. Alameda County, a school district and a state agency are three separate recipients. A claim sent to the city reaches none of them.
