Everything published on My Injury Pros is written to help injured people understand their rights before they decide what to do next. This page explains who writes it, who checks it, and how we handle it when something is wrong.
Our articles and practice area pages are produced by our editorial team and reviewed by an attorney before they go live. We write about personal injury because that is the work this firm does. When a subject falls outside what we handle, we say so and point the reader somewhere useful instead of stretching to cover it.
Legal content on this site is reviewed by Steven P. Nassi, Founder and Managing Partner of My Injury Pros, an attorney with nearly 25 years representing injured people. The reviewer's name and the date of the last review appear at the top of the pages that carry legal information, so you can see how current the page is without guessing.
Personal injury law changes: filing deadlines move, insurance rules are rewritten, and courts decide cases that shift how a statute is read. We revisit our pages against the law of the state they describe and update the review date when we do. A date on one of our pages means the page was checked on that date, not that it was published then and left alone.
We work from primary sources rather than other people's summaries of them:
